During job-hunting stints, I'll now give first preference to a Charity, NGO or other body which is working for social good. I made that choice 3 years ago - to be the in-house Designer for the Irish Jesuits at the Jesuit Communication Centre in Dublin and it's proved to me that this sort of work feels like so much more than just a job. This was a really nice project. We were actually in the middle of another incrediby stressful one - oh, the nightmares - when I was inexplicably instructed to come up with completely worked up designs for YSI in an afternoon. |

The third incarnation - at least - of the Irish Jesuits' Portal site, since I came to work for the Jesuits in 2006. Now it's being rebuilt in Joomla and crammed with high-quality, sticky interactive content. News feeds, Blogs, Tweets, video, audio and quality articles.
